Welcome to the 2013 edition of the Windmill Windup -- we hope you look forward to the third week in June the way we do! Read on to find out about next year's tournament weekend, 14-16 JUNE 2013.

If your team wants to come to Amsterdam for Windmill Windup 2013, please register between January 9th and February 28th through FFindr

Fees and Deadlines

Team Fee

  • Cost (if you pay your own travelling carbon footprint): €240 *
  • Cost (if we will pay your travelling carbon footprint): €190
  • Deadline: Friday, 1 April

Player's Fee

  • Cost: €65 per player
  • Deadline: Tuesday, 1 May

Non-Player's Fee

  • Cost: €40 (includes camping, breakfast/lunches + Saturday dinner)
  • Deadline: Tuesday, 1 May

Accommodation

Accommodation is camping.

We will be setting up camp in our on-site tent city, we will have camping marshals to show you when you get there. If you want to stay in a hostel or hotel, we provide information below. If you need any assistance on booking we will try to help out, but booking is primarily your responsibility. It is advised to book well in advance since the tourist season starts at that time.

Camping

The camping area will be open as of 17:00 on Thursday the 13th of June, but if you would like to arrive earlier on Thursday, you are welcome to, though it will be at your own risk -- there will not be anyone supervising the camping area before Thursday evening.

Camping at the fields will be on the Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights of the tournament. If you want pre or post tournament camping here is information about camping around amsterdam.

Food

Breakfast/Lunch

We will be providing breakfast / lunch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We strive to provide you with quality and quantity of food. Yum yum. We encourage you to make your lunch in the morning from the plentiful ingredients at breakfast. Don't forget, our food team prepares and sells fresh gourmet sandwiches, pasta salads, cold sport drinks and sodas, granola and chocolate goodies.

Thursday dinner

On Thursday, you will likely be hungry after a long drive or short flight, so we will be selling Surinam roti rolls (both veggi and chicken) on site. And of course the bar will be open till late.

Friday Dinner

On Friday evening after the matches, we will be selling freshly made burrito and BBQ meals on site from 18:00 till 21:30. Veggi options available. Teams can also make their way by bus to the center of town to taste some eclectic international cuisines.

Saturday Dinner

We will also provide dinner on Saturday night at the fields before the party at no extra cost. Once again, the Willing Wheels kitchen bus will be there to fill your stomach. You will receive your dinner tickets at registration.

Other Meals

Get ready to watch the final, but not before you get your (veggi)burger at our BBQ next to the finals field. we’ll make sure it’s easy for you to grab a beer on the way to your seat!.
